I was impressed by Dr Bell who gave me a telephone consultation in regards to my child. She delayed my return call but this was as she wanted to read her past notes to better advise me. She then asked that I took her straight down so she could check her.
My 8yr old daughter was put at ease by her friendly manner. She listened to my daughter and shared her own experiences to put her at ease.
She discussed what she thought was the problem and referred her to the relevant person following discussion as to why she thought it appropriate.
I highly recommend Dr Bell for her professionalism in caring for her patients.
