I tried to order a repeat prescription today and was not allowed to order...since I have 10 days of the previous prescription still to take...so I have to tell someone That I do not know that I will be away and the house will be empty. It also means that since I have a separate prescription to collect from Boots that I will have to queue twice in Boots.......in Appleby the prescriptions are almost never ready for you and there Is often a 20 minute wait. This practice used to appear to be run efficiently but has changed considerably I the last year. I made a complaint about 9 months ago .Received a standard ...we will investigate letter....and then nothing despite asking for a reply twice.Eventually I got to speak to the practice manager who told me that she was pursuing the matter and would be in touch.....Not so far! I note that I have to complete the ethnicity box...I object to this...it should make no difference to this survey
