Our surgery has friendly, cheerful staff - receptionists, support staff, pharmacists, nurses and doctors. I always feel everyone has done their best to provide a comfortable experience and to give the most appropriate advice and treatment. This is what the NHS is meant to be and my family is very grateful for the service. It is always possible to speak to a doctor if you are worried and need reassurance and support.
