I cannot think of ways to improve on the services as everything is great.
Friendly, approachable and helpful reception staff.
Medical and nursing staff take a real interest in my health and wellbeing. They are great at explaining the effect of health conditions and what I can do to maintain and improve my own health.
Dispensary staff are efficient and one still remembers I lost my husband almost three years ago. This makes me feel particularly good and not just 'a number'.
Being able to order repeat prescriptions and make appointments on line is very useful.
Overall, a great big thank you to all!
