They were very nice and gentle with whatever hurt. The waiting times could improve by not having the patients wait in the waiting room for as long.

Waiting times have never been under 30 mins and a few times over one hour. (The nurse is an exeption). - I was once prescribed a hormonal cream for my fave to which I had reacted badly in the past (the cream left me without pigment where applied). I caught it in time, but otherwise no one would have checked my medical history. - Appointments messed up and rescheduled four times in a row.

I'm really pleased with the care I recieved from Dr. Moore. He is excellent doctor who looks after his patients really well. Giving them time to explained what the problem is and making you feeling satisfied after the appointment with the treatment he gave and medicine.
