Possibly one of the worst health centers in Bucks. The doctors that work here are all amazing, however, there are VERY FEW. Reception have made me miss my appointment by telling me two different things, and generally been extremely unhelpful. This is more of a problem to do with the extremely outdated booking service, rather than reception though. Considering we are in a pandemic, it is extremely disappointing that booking services haven't moved online completely, which a lot of health centres around the country have done, using online services such as askmyGP. Having to wait in a mad rush to book an appointment at 8:30 everyday and them all being booked up by 9 at latest is extremely poor and disappointing service from this health centre, considering other health centres make an effort to avoid this issue. In addition, nhs mental health services are poor, however, this is more of a fault of the nhs than the health centre. Overall, not a health centre I would recommend.

Patient Access is useless, AskmyGP is a better service for booking appointments which makes sure that appointments can be booked throughout the day.
