I spoke to the receptionist and she was pleasant and helped me to book two appointments for different things, one with a doctor and one with the nurse. I think having the nurse practitioners is an added bonus of the surgery as this free the doctors up for more serious illness.
The addition of the pharmacy is very helpful for patients who cannot easily assess the town, and for working people this is time saving to be able to get your prescription quickly.
Dr Soares always listens carefully to me and gives a very clear explanation. I always feel supported and am given good direction on what to do to get better and also when to return should I not feel better.
All in all I have found Ambrose Avenue and Tollgate staff to be very helpful and am happy to have this as my surgery.
