The reception staff were extremely helpful through the registration process as we are new residents to Bristol. The two GPs I have seen since have both been very helpful and have listened to my concerns rather than telling me what's wrong. I had an ongoing issue that this surgery hadn't been involved in, and listened to my concerns and issues caused by previous surgeries - giving brilliant advice and appropriate referrals to specialists. I have felt at times rushed, but never ignored - but I understand the pressures on turnaround times and keeping space open for the growing and aging population.
