Excellent service Friendly reception staff Good nurses Good and easy to navigate website Patient access for appts and repeat prescriptions Currently calling patients by name - perhaps an electronic notice board would be nice. Notice of which GPs are in attendance on the day would be a nice touch, without having to ask each time.
