It is so easy to book an appointment.
I can ring up on the day and the receptionists will always try to find something suitable or I can book in advance which is so helpful as I work full time.
The staff are friendly and go out of their way to deal with patient requests especially when it's busy.
The Drs are patient, kind & never make me feel like I have an allotted time slot. The last appointment I had resulted in a helpful disscussion about healthcare options that enabled me to make an informed decision on my own.
The waiting rooms are clean, and the music makes the whole experience more relaxing.
I would reccommend this surgery to anyone who needs great care, a quick service & effcientcy.
Brilliant surgery.
