Yesterday, I was reviewed by the Practice Nurse Heather Adams who advised me that with working within the Medical Centre she recommended I had a flu jab. She made me feel very welcome and although a colleague I knew my data and confidentiality would be secure. She had noticed during thorough checks that my temperature was abnormally high and recommended I did not go through with having the flu jab that day and rebooked me an appointment for a week later. I was pleased with the service I received. Thank you Heather.
