I thought that mental health was meant to be a priority?? so where's the priority here then, I phoned to say my son was very depressed & was having bad thoughts of maybe ending his life the receptionist was so unhelpful, no appointments & having to wait for a triage phone call from the doc which still would not guarantee a DRS appointment, I'm disgusted with this service, my son will be changing to my surgery 1st thing tomorrow morning.
