For several years I have experienced such rude treatment from one of your receptionist that I refuse to tolerate it any longer. Each time I try to make a appointment to the gp they are not helpful and very rude members of staff .
They need to have a customer service training . If they continues to have this attitude, I will move my family to another Gp.
