Really difficult to get an appointment even on an urgent basis. I had been trying for 5 days in a row to get an on the day appointment by calling at 8.30 and also at 2pm, There wasn't even space on the on-call Drs phone back list either on those days. When you do get in the staff are very friendly and helpful, there just aren't enough appointments to go round for everyone who needs them.
