Offered a late appointment in not too distance future. Asked what the appointment was about- although the receptionist was kind when I looked embarrassed! :-)

Practice is comparatively pleasant to visit. It would be prefereble to be allocated to a single regular GP. It would be better if you could ring for an appointment and get it in a day or two. It seems not that you either get on appointment at a few hours notice or you have to wait 2/3 weeks.
