At the Hillside branch of this surgery the receptionist gave my daughter an emergency appointment the same morning I requested it and when she was seen by the doctor she immediately rang for an ambulance so she was taken to A and E where she received treatment. All of the staff in the practice were very concerned for her. This was an excellent service, that was followed up by the reception staff ringing the following working day to check how my daughter was. Excellent service. Thank you.
