Receptionist is not nice at all rude and abrupt,on several occasions this so called receptionist on the phone and in person has been totally rude and absolutely no empathy.. stay clear ..

Dr Webster and Partners Practice Sadly not what it used to be. Was a patient there, since birth for decades and the doctors were wonderful - always took time to listen. Dr Whyte was a lovely man, who new all the family and their history and nothing was ever too much trouble. Unfortunately, the same thing can't be said about his replacement. It seems that Dr Thompson has very little time for his patients and is extememly abrupt! Several family members and friends have now left and those that are still there are thinking about going too. One eldery, housebound friend who is prone to falls and who has been a patient since the practice opened, can never get a home visit now. When she calls to ask for one, she's told a Dr will call her back, which they do. She is assessed over the phone and prescribed medication which doesn't work and when she calls again the same thing happens. She's not been seen by a GP from this practice for over a year...shameful!
