The Surgery

I have no issues with the Doctors/Nurses and most of the reception staff are very nice, however there is ONE woman who doesn't give you time to finish what your saying and is ready to say no or makes it sound as if she's doing you a favour, she needs a course in how to speak to and deal with patients. In life you get back from people what you give out, I should imagine she upsets most people she deals with in the course of a day. She is letting down what used to be, years ago and still could be a good surgery. She knows who she is so lighten up to people, you may find you will be a happier person too. If your not happy in your job, do something else and do everyone a favour.
