Open surgery not working 2 hour wait is not acceptable at least appointment you can be ill in your own home and not sat in a surgery so long waiting. No other Ineros I know in Bristol have a GP service as bad as this one.

Fillian Evans had an appointment on 16th/3/2016 at 11.20 am. At 13:00 - Gillian Evans and carer are still waiting to see the doctor.

Nothing was running 50 mins late!

No care rubbish.

Get appointments easily on the same day. Was able to give me the correct medication, advice and care for my anxiety. To be improved run on time or notify when running late.

Kath who I saw today was excellent. She made me feel at ease and did not rush even though it was clearly a really busy day. I think the sit and wait system works but is a very long wait 2 hours and tea and biscuits would help the long wait and freezing waiting room.

Nothing.

Please don't subject us to Kisstory/Kiss Fm again. Had to endure it for an hour. Lost the will to live!
