I gave up on going to this surgery even though I have a life-threatening illness. Constantly battling against a system that is not fit for purpose. Seeing a nurse practitioner is not fit for purpose when the nurse practitioner hasn't got a clue because they're not a doctor .

Doctor to look at me when speaking and not turn their back, because I am deaf and lipread.

I always find Doctor Pope to be a very good listener and helpful. The only thing that I would change is when you ring to try to get an appointment is the long chat you get then get put through by which time all appointments are gone. It is too long the recording.

Very clean baby changing facilities, one of the cleanest and well equipped I have visited since giving birth to my little one.

Poor appointment system. Due to amount of people queuing in the morning from 7.30 am to get appointments when not needed as emergency. So when get though on phone all appointments gone!!

More appointments in place for people with illnesses.
