Very good service, highly recommended.

I visited to get a finger wound re-dressed following an original visit to the Charing Cross UCC. The nurse who saw me did not keep me waiting beyond my appointment time, dealt with me very professionally, did not make me feel even stupider than I already do over the cause of the injury, and completed the redressing within the 15 minutes allowed for the appointment. Throughout the nurse was also extremely cheerful and upbeat. I also ended up with a much better shaped dressing than I got at the UCC that will now make it much easier to get gloves over the wound so I can get my hand wet/dirty without concern In short I could not have been better treated.

The surgery appears very grumpy and very scruffy. You have to walk passed a dirty sink filled with old coffee cups to get to the treatment rooms. Hardly hygienic. Receptionist consistently rude whether on the phone on in person. On arriving at the record on desk I was greeted with a sigh and a 'yes?' from her. Visited the nurse today and she was fine. Have previously seen a male doctor who examined me without gloves (had long grubby nails) threw the cardboard tube from the peak flow meter on the floor and didn't have any useful answers to my queries. There was also an open packet of biscuits on the site which seemed wrong. Try to avoid coming here and go to Florence Road instead but unfortunately due to the time it takes to get an appointment I had no choice.
