Today I was seen by Dr Rachel Graeme Wilson, a very thorough Doctor that showed me care, patient and understanding. This was a followup appointment from my previous visit. This is not the first time I've had appointment with Dr Wilson and she is always pleasant and caring, always gives followup appointment, where no one else does. A very professional doctor who shows the care that patients need and deserves. Thank you Doctor Graeme Wilson, I salute you!

Receptionists helpful but disorganized. GPs extremely rude and dismissive and in a rush to throw you out of their room.

  • Communication between different parts of the clinic is extremely disorganized. A few examples: - A GP will order a test for you. You go to reception to book it, but they haven’t been sent a message by the GP about what test to book. So it becomes a game of Chinese whispers. Sometimes they have never heard of the test in question and they’ll book you for the wrong test. This is ridiculous and could be solved by the GP attaching a note or sending an email to the receptionist - You attend a test (e.g. blood test) ordered by the GP. The person conducting the test has no idea exactly what they need to collect and ask you what the doctor said. Then, following the completion of the test, there is radio silence and you have to keep following up with reception asking for the GP to view the test results

I would like to sincerely thank the reception team for their follow-up calls, professionalism, and courtesy. Additionally, I want to especially acknowledge Audrey for her empathy, understanding, and outstanding service. My partner has expressed that she is the best GP he has ever had and now prefers to see only her. Thank you all very much.

For a very busy surgery, the reception staff do their best to answer questions in person, on the phone and online. The appointment system is better, at least you know where you are in the queue. It’s a bit of a pain waiting for 8am the next day to book an appointment—before there was a calendar. Minor inconvenience, but more importantly is that you do get seen relatively quickly.

  • Bigger and brighter typeface on the screen that indicates which room to go to.

It's relatively easy to make an appointment at the surgery but a hassle doing so over the phone.

The surgery is very good, clean and efficient. Sometimes is frustrating there are not too many appointments available and I have to wait weeks for them. Also not easy to book them but I think this is an NHS general issue, not particularly of this agency.

I’ve only ever had a problem with this surgery once, many years ago, and when I complained it was dealt with very quickly and professionally. We have always been happy with the service here
