the check.in.system.needs to be compatible with blinddisabledand people who have poor dexterity and i.feel when i.go to the doctors they must read my notes before they meet me as sometimes i.dont think they do all doctors mayneed more trainning in.people skills and also speaking clearley and need to learn.empathy but i.think.they all are good but room for improvement

One of the best GP's I've ever been to. Receptionists have always been great at getting appointment, every interaction I have with the different doctors and nurses have been outstanding. Any health issues I go to the docters either get resolved there and then, set up a plan of treatment or quicky get appointments from specilists. Other GP's practice I've been to have could learn a thing or two from this GP on how to run a practice as hands down the best one I've been to.

Hello. I went this morning to the doctor because I do have a virus or that is what the Doctors said to me and I asked her to sing me out till Monday ( because I'm working with food and elderly people) and she refuses ( Dr. MCKINNON), because she doesn't want to encourage people going for sing out before 7 days sickness. Well, if I have a virus, I'm in tile to ask you to sing me out at least for 72 hours. But she refuses. That it cost a lot of effort to her?? I don't really understand her position

Have been with this surgery for 40 years and now at the stage that frankly they need to sort the "admin" side of the practice out once and for all! Always try and book appointments online as staff seem clueless, rude and surly towards customers. Shame, because the regular doctor i use, is, in my opinion, good. Not everyone wants to use online services, so ensure your back up tool - your staff - are properly trained.

I've seen a variety of practitioners here and have always had good experiences. The NHS is overstretched and GPs don't have enough time in the day, so of course it's hard to get an appointment quickly. I have experienced waiting times but no more than I've experienced with other surgeries and considering they are thorough whilst as efficient as possible during your appointment, I appreciate this. I have always found the receptionists to be helpful and the online booking system is really user friendly. I would recommend it to others.

I called and they said to come to surgery and we will see you and I was there at 8:20am. They gave me appointment at 10:00am. I told them I have high temperature and severe headache can't sit that long. But they said to wait till 10. I came back to surgery at 10 and the receptionist said you have to come back at 10:40. Totally non professional people. And due to their negligence I ended up in hospital for four days. Please avoid this surgery.

Not actually a patient but tried to register with this practice. Called two times and talked to the most unhelpful and sour receptionist. She put me on hold for ten minutes to check that I was in the right catchment area and then hung up the phone without even saying good-bye. I'm sure the GPs are better but your overall experience has a lot to do with all members of the surgery, and for this reason I chose to go elsewhere.
