Springfield Medical Practice

Gold standard in how a medical practice should be run. Everyone I know complains about the behaviour of their surgery receptionists. Not at Springfield, our lovely ladies are kind, helpful and friendly. The Doctors and Nurses are amazing. I'm not mentioning any names because this doc is otherwise lovely but he's the only one who clock watches in my experience and I think I've seen them all now!! Dr Murdoch's retirement will be a very sad day so I hope he stays for many years yet. Dr Lapsley is an Angel and I pray she never leaves us. There's a good balance of experience mixed with more recently qualified docs which is a good thing. Of course it's not always easy to get an appointment to suit but that's a country wide problem. I'll always wait for my preferred doc if I possibly can because I like continuity but really the docs are all very caring. I feel blessed to be looked after by such a fabulous team.

The nurses and receptionstaff are very committed to their roles and contribute to making a difference.
