My overall experience with the GP was good. However when I moved to a different place the GP transfer could have been better. I was having an important appointment on the day they got me transferred to the new GP and didnt inform me of cancelling the appointment.
- The least thing they could have done is called me up about the cancellation in the appointment. Instead they left me travel 40 miles and then tell me that I have been transferred. They think only their time is important. So is mine. I could have easily organised in new GP if I had been told earlier. Now not only I missed the check but I have to wait for few more weeks before my health condition can be reviewed by Doctor. Very careless and not Patient centric.
