Dr Attia Rizvi diagnosed me simply via phone call and never made an attempt to check me physically. Then she told me to wait for 24-48 hours for the prescription to arrive at pharmacy (even though this is actually done online). Unfortunately nothing happened after two days and I've been left with worsened condition. When I went to the pharmacy after 2 days, the prescription was still not ready and I have been asked to go to the GP to collect the prescription myself. The service is very terrible and I did not expect to experience this in a so called developed country.
