You are only allowed an appointment if it's a medical emergency. But surly if it's a medical emergency then you'd go to hospital no?

The reception staff are rude, the management is disgraceful and the response to complaints is atrocious. I had an incident in November where had an appointment booked weeks in advance, the nurse practitioner was not going to be in but nobody had phoned to cancel my appointment which was in the afternoon. They were unapologetic and made a number of excuses. The appalling service has me worried to change practice in case they mess that up as well. Not the first issue with this practice.
