Very good dialogue between myself and the diabetic nurse (Debbie). Made, and explained a suggested change to my medication and indicated that she would be following up after my first round of jabs

Sean Lyons, Dr. Suresh, Doh Vitle, Anita, Receptionist, Jane Kingmore, Pharmacist.

Nurse brilliant, not much pain when had B12 injection. Receptionist brilliant.

This is what I experienced here in the surgery.

Great receptionists eg- Debbie Great doctor. Effeciently run.

Dr. Laura Collins. The doctor I saw today for my smere was wonderful, clear communication, and very understanding. Was training today and asked permission. She clearly explained to me.

Exceptional doctor. Only young but showed maturity and understanding beyond age. And showed great patience too as I did talk a lot.

The wait was minimal and Laura in delightful understanding and helpful.

The doctor was helped and knew her shift.

Dr. Pabla listened very carefully and made a sensible treatment plan both for now and going forward.
