First class service from requesting prescriptions to seeing GP that has been same day to date

I was on the phone for 23 minutes and then when I finally got through, the receptionist said that she could not make me an appointment as I had to telephone at 8am in the morning and be put on the triage list. It would have been more helpful if one of the messages on the system, stated that for appointments, phone at 8am in the morning as this would have saved me wasting my time.

Dr Shamshad is lovely & friendly & supportive. Admin staff are very slow at sending new referrals . Receptionists are very rude & abrupt.

Myself and family find Ranworth Surgery really good. From reception, nurses, doctors we find are very good. If it wasnt the fact we changed to this surgery from East Lynne my husband s cancer wouldnt have been found. At our other surgery the signs were there but nothing was done. .I have nothing but praise for them

I really do think that a 're- shuffle with the receptionist at this surgery is needed. Not only is it chaotic, shambolic , the receptionist are middle aged and extremely rude! Terrible surgery.

The rudest surgery I have ever been to the women with short dark hair in reception was extremely rude I was in shock the way she Spoke to me! I was their to register with the surgery in the end I told her not to worry about the forms.

I needed help with my father's medication. He was discharged from hospital with different medication so the surgery needed to change it on the screen and send the prescription to the chemist to get his blister packs done. I left a message with a rude and unhelpful receptionist who didn't pass the message on for 4 days. Dad was then without medication. I spoke to a further 2 receptionists who were equally rude and unhelpful. Eventually I spoke to the prescription clerk who was wonderful and helped me sort it all out.

I had the pleasure of being seen by Nurse Donna today. I cannot praise her highly enough. Firstly, her lovely smile, then her professional and caring manner, expertise and knowledge. I left the surgery feeling so much better and positive. Thank you Donna. Joy Link.
