Portland Park Medical Centre

I have tried all week to get an appointment at portland park medical centre and when you ring up there is always 35 or more waiting for an appointment. The surgery doesn't open until 08:30am so how come there is this much people waiting to get an appointment, what i think is there is a different number to the one you use to get an appointment but only the select few people can use it. It's beyond a joke is this i have health issues that need looking at but who cares, every day I get to the last one and get told all the appointments are full how is this possible? Since Dr Herbert retired the surgery as gone down hill and it's still going down. I won't even get an appointment next week because they will be full. What a useless bloody surgery.
