Cadzow Health Centre

Receptionist are rude and abrupt they want to know to much information and there is no way to discuss this privately so everyone in reception hears you medical condition. There is constantly new doctors so every time you go to see them you have to explain everything over and over again and then they tell you that they have run out of time there needs to be consistency and the relationship between a doctor and patient is about trust but you can never gain this as there is constantly new doctors and you never see the same person twice. When you call for an on the day appointment they don’t tell you that they have given you an appointment with a nurse when calling to make one with a doctor so now when calling you have to be specific that you want a doctors appointment!

I would like to say the care and attention I received from cadzow health centre was excellent . A massive support to me over the years and want to say thank you so much .
