Old Road West Surgery

Of all NHS surgeries this one is horrendous. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful. This is defiantly is the worst experience I have ever had and it should be closed.

The experience we have had from this surgery are the reception staff/secretaries are not very helpful. They make us feel like we are a burden and that we are stopping them dealing with 'patients' We are carers at a home for young people with special needs and associated health needs - due to these disabilities and health needs, our young people require many different medications and can change quite regularly, when we have requested support, the receptionists have been less than willing to support and we have had to call/attend the surgery several times in the space of a week to rectify the mistakes with medication. Have been told on numerous occasions that they are too busy at the front desk with other patients to deal with our query and we would need to wait, even if it is an emergency supply we need help with and even when we have had the young person present at the front desk, are they not too your patients!!!!!
