Northlands Surgery

I attended this Surgery on 14/01/21 in response to an NHS invitation to receive my first Covid19 vaccination & was extremely impressed by the welcome I received by all the committed staff. I shall have no reservations to return there again when invited to receive my second vaccination. I am truly grateful & thankful to Northlands Surgery.

Answers given resulting from covid 19 vaccinations for 0ver 80's on 8 December. Arrangements and order were first class. Well done all

Thank you very much for your care yesterday in performing my ECG despite some minor technical challenges .

Just a thank you for the great service this morning. In the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic I was able to get through fairly quickly and had a wonderful lady answer the phone who was very understanding and helpful and she arranged a Physio to call me regarding my problem. I spoke to the physio just a few hours after calling in and she was very thorough and extremely helpful. Thank you for a great service threw these trying times.

I visited Northlands today for an appointment with my Nurse Louise who is fantastic all the time. But Northlands team are doing a great job keep up the good work in these difficult times looking after us all even when we our from a different surgery. Fantastic staff. Thank you and stay safe.

After years of seeing Dr Tully and only being told to do what I am already doing (seeking private therapy for mental health which I cannot afford at my age). I appreciate some of this may be due to my age but I found she really downplayed my symptoms down to my "adolescent mind) when I felt suicidal. I saw Dr Simons. She immediately referred me to PCLS and got me on low level antidepressants. She's continued to see me and replied to me via systmonlime. I work as a receptionist in a GP surgery elsewhere. I find the receptionists here joyless (expect Dean). They are very professional but in no way empathetic or try hard to help. Thank you Dr Simons

Really friendly GPs who always listen to you and never rush you. I was aware I had gone over my allocated time but wasn’t rushed and was made to feel valued and cared for. Every doctor I have seen at this surgery had made me feel this way over the years that I have seen them. I wouldn’t register anywhere else now. The reception staff are a delight.
