New Hayesbank Eye Clinic

I have nothing but praise for the whole team at the eye clinic. I have now had both my cataracts done and the service at the clinic was excellent throughout, despite the challenges presented by Covid-19.

When contacted by the cataract team to book my operation I asked for wherever would be quickest and the Hayesbank clinic was the answer. I took a chance having never heard of it. I met Mr Kopsachilis who told me with the standard lens I would still have to wear glasses all the time, I decided to invest in my sight and have the private lenses, I am thrilled with the result. Mr Kopsachilis told me everything he was doing throughout the procedure and I felt totally relaxed the whole time, I can't even say I had any discomfort. I would highly recommend the whole team who dealt with me professionally and caringly.

I phoned to ask when my next appointment was due to be told that I had been discharged. Nothing I could do about it and had to be referred by my surgery again. I have glaucoma so a bit odd as I have been going there since 2015. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and neatly put the phone down on me. I do not recommend this surgery at all.
