Took a long time for the Telephone to be answered, however these are trying times, The receptionist was very helpful , the service I received was excellent, Very pleased with the attentive health care myself and my wife receive from all concerned at this practice,
- Time to answer phone waited 15 minutes

Reception staff are very unhelpful and highly rude. The waiting area is dull and dainted. I have no idea on why they have a booking system as your never seen on time and could wait between 10mins to 2hrs for you appointment slot once signed in.

I can't fault Dr Dean and his team.I have always had excellent care. They are a very caring, understanding team and I can not recommended them enough!
