Melrose Surgery

Melrose surgery is excellent. The registration process was very easy as the receptionist helped with all the paperwork and got you sorted. In the waiting room there are useful videos on screen and you get prompted for your appointment. The doctors I have seen are excellent. They really listen and take an interest. They ask a lot of questions to make sure you are okay. They also ring you up to make sure are okay. Which is pretty incredible as they have a lot of patients. They also have the facility to speak different languages if you need. And they have online access. Overall excellent surgery.
