Because i was satisfy with there service

The appointment was made by the GP following up a consultation. Reception was friendly and the nurse was welcoming and had a lovely manner.

My appointment really didn't have anything to do with the questions asked

i was greeted by the nurse and felt very happy with the way i was treated

Phone usually very busy and not always able to make a face to face appointment with a registered gp

Staff very good

Clinician was so friendly and helpful i had blood taken and so pleased no bruising

You can be on the phone for ages,sometimes hours to wait to get an appointment

Difficult for me to get up for 8 o'clock phone call..

As always I had a very positive experience at the surgery, from the very welcoming, friendly young lady on reception to the kind, professionalism of the nurse I saw.
