Dr Shaida has been my doctor for the last 20 years . The best general practitioner any one could wish for. He always goes above and beyond to help me and my family. We are so lucky to have him as our GP The kindest man you could ever wish to meet.

They could improve by actually listening to patients. Reception staff are very rude and uncaring- not really the character trait a sick patient is looking for!
