the receptionists are beyond disrespectful and rude. the audacity some of them have it beyond me. they are cheeky, giving responses that are the same as little children. why be a receptionist when you have the patience of a newborn??

This is the surgery time forgot!! The place looks cheap and unclean! The staff are unfriendly and unwelcoming- you are made to feel like you are wasting their time. Fellow patients are intimidating also

I have been a patient at this surgery for over 35 years. I have nothing but for respect for the doctors, nurses , pharmacy and administrative staff who work there. I have always found them courteous and accommodating and they tend to my medical needs with the utmost professionalism . They work under extreme pressure.

Had a few issue's and made an appointment to see doctor I seen Dr k.s chiah I spoke about first issue then I was speaking about another issue and he was like huffing and puffing for me to hurry up I don't think a doctor should carry on like that he is there to do a job and listen to people not try and rush them out Now I think I will change my GP He just didn't have time for me Doctor's are there to help people not just give a script and that's it he actually showed me the door while I was still talking to him and I was only there 10mins I won't go back to him and he is the main doctor for that surgery not very professional Very disappointed

I would not send my worst enemy here it is the worst doctor s practice I have ever had to use !!!!! The staff reception and medical team are the most unmotivated or helpfull people I ever have met. Except for Dr Saldana. He is the ONLY PERSON WHO DOES HIS JOB the majority of people who use the facilities of this place are of Eastern European heritage and they spit on floors and even beg other patients for money or the like. Trust me. Go Else where for a doctor ! ! !
