Disgraceful surgery.. nothing primary about this surgery . Tried to get my elderly relative a flue jab , she is housebound and 87…I have been waiting for 10 weeks and all they can say is …..She is on the list . I have phoned with absolutely no joy and been in twice again with no joy . Okay she IS housebound and has 3 carers in every day , which is all the more reason why she should have priority over her flue jab. Absolutely disgusting for a lady of 87 that has worked all her life. DISGRACEFUL PRACTICE.

ive been waiting for a smi form. ive been waiting 10 weeks so far!!!! and no one updating me. i even asked a dr today. he just walked off. in my opinion they should sack all the drs there and shut the place down. they are absolutely useless

I have been with this practice before they were sited here and over 35 years +. I Came into the surgery as I could not get through to them after holding on the phone for over an hour (maybe it was because the receptionist where having a chat and ignoring the phones as this is what I had seen on my arrival). I was met with a receptionist that clearly does not like her job and is only there for her pay cheque at the end of the month. I needed urgent medication and after explaining why, I had the rude and unhelpful receptionist keep telling me that its not their policy to do emergency prescriptions even though these were very special circumstances. Then she lied and decided to say I swore at her and she would call the police, this particular receptionist is a total disgrace!! The whole practice need to know how to deal with their patients. The doctors are also very rude and need to know their Duty of Care! I really do not understand why these doctors are not face to face now but I guess it is better for them sitting behind closed doors and still getting paid and redirecting their patients to other facilities putting pressure on other NHS providers such as Minor Injuries, Urgent Care and A&E when they should be dealing with their own patients! This place is a total disgrace from their receptionists to their Doctors!! They definitely need training for their staff, especially their receptionist staff and they really need to know how to deal with vulnerable patients and the upset that they cause to these.
