Dr H J and A P Jackson

I have had good experiences at this surgery in the past but since a lot of changes in staff I have been very unhappy with their care. I have left the surgery in tears numerous times: the nurse was extremely rude to me on two or three occasions and the receptionists are snappy on the phone, have made sarcastic comments and refused to let me speak to a doctor regarding a repeat prescription for antibiotics that I desperately needed. Today was the final straw - I went for an emergency appointment and saw another new doctor (female) who couldn’t have been less sympathic towards me or my situation. She gave me zero reassurance or advice and had a terrible attitude. Straight afterwards I went to a different surgery for a registration form. I have been a patient at this surgery since I was born but it’s time for a change. I have also had another patient start speaking to me in the waiting area before about how awful she found the practice. The only good doctor I have seen there was Dr. Hannah, she was empathetic and genuinely cared and wanted to help.
