Totally useless, can't even organise a repeat prescription. Not long ago, you could ring up to book your appointment, now everyone is told to ring at 8am and 2pm which creates chaos when everyone is trying to book appointments at the same time. It is like they can't think of enough ways to make life as difficult as possible for you.

Suggested improvements

They need to focus on patient care, ie allow patients to book appointments as and when they need them. Not have everyone trying to get an appointment at the same time which can go on for weeks.
