You can never get an appointment at the surgery no matter which day of the week you call . The surgery continues to take on new patients despite not being able to look after their existing patients. You never get offered a face to face appointment only ever telephone consultations and if you have requested a call back from a GP you will still be waiting several weeks later. They don't feed back test results which has happened to me twice over the past couple of months. The reception staff are patronising, rude and unhelpful. They have no medical knowledge yet continue to question you and tell you your wrong when you ask for appointments and feedback from medical staff.
