Charing Surgery had very helpful staff prior to my appointment, I needed assistance of where my appointment was on the day after losing my original letter and they helped with ease. The staff were all friendly and there was plenty of parking.

I was really impressed with the clinic. I was seen right on time, everyone was super professional and warm.

I was offered a cancellation appointment. The check in procedure was computerised, which was easy to follow. This was my first time attending Charing Surgery, it was bright, modern, very clean & the medical staff were very efficient, very professional but great fun, making me feel at ease immediately. My sincere thanks to Dr Richard Knottenbelt & Nurse Hayley, who are great MASH fans and I could easily identify the characters they most resemble in the series ! Great job - well done.

Charing is my local surgery for over 25yrs and I have always found the service to be excellent from reception through to doctors and nurses. Very professional, prompt personable. As a surgery practice it feels like they really do give want to provide the highest level of care to their local community that they service.

Today I spoke with Rhonda on the phone - she was very helpful , kind and very caring - she didn’t pressure me but helped me book a very overdue appointment I had put off doing as well as sorting other things for me .

Efficient modern surgery

I can't prise Charing surgery enough, down to the pharmacy, reception, nurses and Dr's they are all so friendly and listen to you if you have any concerns nothing is too much trouble , I had a appointment the other day with Dr Naganathar he was so easy to talk too and he listened and made time to explain, my husband also has nothing but praise for them all as well.

I have had several appointments with Tania Sengupta recently and have always found her to be extremely cheerful, understanding knowledgeable and professional. I rarely give reviews but Tania was consistent with the treatment/test she carried out over a two month period that I feel compelled to praise her...Thank you Tania!
