Centenary Surgery

My daughter has to literally beg for an appointment! & to get repeat medication.... when she calls the receptionist is very abrupt, shows no empathy & make my daughter feel silly for phoning! Doctor is no better, my daughter had bad eczema & Doctor wouldn't prescribe any cream as my daughter hadn't got this on repeat? She has seasonal eczema & doesn't need cream all the time. Doctors attitude was terrible, my daughter used to avoid phoning & just go to a pharmacy for advice. She is pregnant now & needs an appointment regarding her health but because she cant make the appointment offered for nxt week ( due to work) the receptionist basically says "Aw so you won't be here then?" When my daughter tried to explain why? The receptionist just said " BYE BYE & hung the phone up. The receptionists are absolutely awful & should be re- trained on customer service & empathy! I could go on as my daughter has had years of this terrible service.
