Awful experiences at Bridge House Medical Centre. They told me I had UTI without any medical exam and I nearly died from sepsis. They also diagnosed a "chest infection" without a sputum sample or anything beyond listening to my chest with a stethoscope. It turned out I had a collapsed lung. I nearly died three times because of medical negligence.
- Listening to patients would be a great start. Actually listening to what we say rather than telling us what you think without tests.

recently joined this surgery, i can honestly say all of my experiences with the team have been positive and friendly, from the reception staff to the drs. I'm so happy I joined.

/not always easy at busy times but reception staff are normally very helpful
- It's sometimes not easy to get through on phone as it now seems to one line only/
