The service is abysmal. I cannot get a care coordinator or an appointment with a psychiatrist. The handling of complaints is abysmal and dismissive. Many laws were broken with my care, and complaining does not seem to change the service. I cannot get a written response to my complaints. The staff has ignored my complaints, and they do not care.

Suggested improvements

You could respond to complaints according to the law. You could give me a care coordinator. You could give me an appointment with a psychiatrist. I could consider giving me a care plan. You could try to work according to and abide by the law.
