Bewbush Medical Centre

For such a small area of people for the surgery to work from.. this place needs good quality face to face staff and have more doctors to keep up with modern demands or let someone else take over the practice.

Over the last few months this surgery has gone down hill since doctor storer left . Seems to be run on physicians associates! Admin have no idea what e consult is resulting in calls not been made back to the patient as per 18.30 cut off . Test results not back in a timely manner what going on ?

Visited bewbush medical centre approx. 4pm on Wednesday July 4th as I waited to be assisted I witnessed a very rude young receptionist spoke to a patient in such a cold condecending way the lady was visibly upset appalling! She was a very attractive young lady with long dark hair, so very unkind and uncalled for, shame on you young lady!

My wife and I moved into the area very recently. In February, 2015, we registered with The Bewbush Medical Centre Michelle, the receptionist, processed our applications. We found her to be very pleasant .and helpful At Michell's instigation both of us had our blood pressure taken. Subsequently, I was seen by several Clinic staff who specialised in their own fields. I must say that I found Saharon Atkinson, Andrea and Yeonne well informed, thorough, helpful and courteous

The receptionist is very patient and understanding but the people going in can be abrupt and not clear in what they require. Perhaps a notice up to ask all patients to speak clearly be honest and give full details.

I have just moved to the area & registered at this surgery. The receptionists were extremely friendly & helpful, the best I have ever encountered! I managed to see the Dr quickly & he was absolutely wonderful. Courteous, understanding & I didn't feel rushed in any way I would recommend this surgery for the genuine care I received today

Everyone at reception always has a smile, even when telephoning they do all they can to help you They are all excellent at their job even with difficult patients ! Great all round.
