I have been decades with this Practice and am shocked at the shere deterioration of general attitude of staff, GP'S and receptionists who many must be employed for their abrupt, kurt, rude attitude. There seems to be an inability from most staff to express a smile. The cold unwelcoming vibration the whole building gives off is very uninviting. Because of this and the shere difficulty of getting an appointment as at present the only method is on-line at 06.30, one doesn’t get issues raised, let alone referred, or sorted because of the difficulty of getting through to them.

Suggested improvements
  • Retrain all front of house staff and admin as they have no clue. Doctors could do with actually looking at the patient, as they now normally only look at the screen. Nurses are the best and mostly ard great and actually get things done.

If you need an urgent appointment then you can get a triage call or an appointment. If it’s a non urgent appointment then it’s more difficult as there are to many people wanting to see a doctor. Sadly just in January there were 195 appointments wasted as people didn’t turn up The online booking system works well where it’s easy to book appointments or order medications.

I never usually do this but it needs looking into as there will be big mistakes made in the future, I attended an appointment with my husband today, he had a few issues the dr on call looked at the rash on his foot and didn't know what to do, so basically we had to tell him the previous Dr had given medication that wasn't working and then he said he would make a referral to dermatologist, he then told him the dr 3 weeks ago said she would order an ultrasound he said it's not on the computer and didn't want to look at the lump on the rib he actually said he was too busy, and he would have to book a telephone consult with another dr tomorrow, so wasted appointment went straight to walk-in centre at hospital, where the dr there looked at his foot and said that infected and needs antibiotics which the other dr didn't bother to notice and thinks he has a suspect cracked rib which will need looking at, long day all because Dr to busy to actually do his job waste of NHS time and resources they say dont go to hospital but if GPS is this shoddy what are you meant to do die

Difficult to get an appointment. They dont seem to realise that not eveyone can take time off work at a moments notice. Receptionist did not even look at me while she was answering a question. Currently looking to register somewhere else.

Within 2.5 hours my husband had seen a Dr been too Crawley Hospital for xray picked up an electronic sent prescription from our pharmacy and home for a much needed coffee well done all concerned

Have been in and out of the doctors for the past two months with various things . While all the time I manage to get appointments really easy and I feel like I have been listened to. Everyone I have seen are great especially Dr Waldron I'm glad he is the one I can go to.

Been registered here for last 3 months and NEVER been seen by doctor. Had heart attack in 2016 and have heart disease high blood pressure high cholesterol and mental problems. Wanted appointment with doctor but was referred to nurse. Are there doctors working there?

During the last year I have been ill with mental health problems, respiratory and heart problems. Everyone at the surgery has been marvellous. In particular Dr Amanda Molloy who has been looking after me. Nothing has been too much trouble for her. She has always been available to speak to me, monitoring the affects my tablets are having and helping me to understand the treatment I am receiving at the hospital. Debbie Waite has also given excellent service doing all my blood tests painlessly. Prior to my illness when I was caring for my father I had a lot of help from Dr Luke. Apart from the medical help Dr Luke at talking to him and explaining things When he was deteriorating. Helen was also a great help giving him all his injections.

I visited Debbie Wrate today to have one of my regular blood pressure checks. As always, Debbie was friendly, professional and very helpful. She is an asset to the practice.
