Reception seems to take into account how urgent or not I feel my problem is and not just decide for themselves. Never had to wait for consultation that I felt was urgent and plenty if options offered when I say I can wait.

Can.t praise this practice highly enough for the services it provides to accommodate patient care along with the personal touch ,I have been with the practice for a number of years and have never had a problem getting through on the phone or making a appointment

I wanted to leave a review as I am moving out the area. This is by far the best practice I have ever been registered with. I have been registered with them for the past 3 years and Dr Allan has been a fantastic doctor. A really lovely man who really cares and listens. The staff here are all very friendly and helpful and I have had no problems with them. It can be a little bit difficult to get an appointment, but anytime I mentioned it was urgent I was able to get one. Sad to be leaving this surgery but moving to a new area. I highly recommend this practice.

All the staff, from the nurses to the Drs to the reception staff are wonderful, they are friendly, kind and extremely caring, I cannot recommend this surgery high enough 10 out of 10 from me! Even if there are no appointments available, if you really need to see a Dr or nurse they will go out of their way to fit you in as soon as possible

am having to look for a new practice as the last 2 partners suddenly left and nobody in the practice knows why! the practice is now staffed with locums which is not helpful at all
